You can create your own AI companion preview on Syren without making an account. The builder is a short design exercise: choose a name, a few personality traits, one of two sample voices, and a color for the companion’s light. It is free to try. It does not start a conversation, generate new voice audio, or give you immediate access to the app.

How the four steps work

First, give the design a name. The field accepts up to 20 characters using letters, spaces, and hyphens, and suggestions are there if you would rather move quickly. Next, choose up to three traits from eight options: Tender, Playful, Commanding, Mysterious, Devoted, Teasing, Calm, and Bold. These words describe the tone you want to explore; they are a starting point, not a promise that an AI companion will behave in only one way.

Then choose a feminine or masculine voice sample. Both are existing approved recordings on the website, so you can play them before deciding. The preview does not synthesize a unique voice for you. Finally, choose one of six colors for the orb. It changes on the page as you select a color, giving you a sense of the visual style.

What happens to your design?

Until you submit an invitation request, the name, traits, voice choice, and color remain in your browser. If you decide to request access, those four choices are attached to your waitlist request. The email address you enter is part of the invitation request itself. The public preview does not create an app companion or reserve a name. The app may offer a way to import a design later, but that future handoff is not a live feature promised here.

Can you change your mind?

Yes. You can move back through the steps, choose different traits or colors, or leave the page without submitting. Each step begins with a sensible default, so you can also move through quickly just to see what the finish card looks like. The preview is for adults 18 and older, consistent with Syren’s invite-only beta.
